Good breakfast that left me only slightly hungry at lunchtime. I had a Caesar salad and am doing pretty good at 4:30pm. I was planning on going out to eat tonight. My boss is in town and I may be able to get him to buy.
Buy dinner he certainly did. Hot wings followed by Prime Rib. I was able to squeeze a side salad with Blue Cheese dressing in between courses. I admit I over did it on protein, but it was so good.
My exercise program was just the dumbbell work and sit ups. I do not get much exercising done while at home. The wife and I do get a chance to go for a walk in the mornings, but that is about it. I use the time at home for relaxation and let the body mend from my workouts during the week.
