Running behind on my posting. I am down to 192.6lbs. The weekend was not a good one as far as LCHF. It was my 17th anniversary so we did some dining that was tasty, but not all the good for me. Tonight I have a pork loin on the grill. With a salad, I'm back on track.
I won't be taking my bike with me this week. My rental car is a Ford Mustang convertible. Goal this week is to eat right, exercise twice and do a lot more walking while at work.
