Last night I enjoyed pork rinds with salsa. Drank a couple bottles of water.

Today was a pretty good day.  Started with Ranger Pushups, able to do 10 this morning.  Breakfast was 2 eggs over easy, bacon, and sausage.  I was bummed that my cream froze overnight, so no breve this am.  I turned the fridge temp up a bit and should be good to go tomorrow.

I picked up a bacon ranch salad from McDonalds for lunch.  It was pretty good and filled me up.  I wasn't too hungry because of the breakfast I had.

Dinner was provided by the hotel, they had a salad bar.  Lettuce, ham, bacon, eggs, and blue cheese dressing.  I felt good enough that I had a Bud select 55.  If I get hungry later tonight, I still have some pork rinds and salsa to snack on.

I have my slow burn exercises to do tonight before I hit the hot tub.
