Great results on measurements. All went down with the exception on my biceps (witch ain't all bad).

Weight went from 193 to 191.4.  It helped a great deal that I stuck to the diet through the weekend and the Monday I took off.

For dinner tonight I got a bag of Ceasar Salad.  I added a ton of shredded Parmesan cheese and real bacon bits.

For desert, I have guacamole and pork rinds, if I feel hungry later tonight.

Alarm did not go off this morning so I was only able to have a breve made with cream and didn't get any breakfast.  I was able to grab a salad for lunch, but dinner was a steak.

Did my slow burn exercises and now have set the alarm on the clock in my hotel room. Will make a breve and have breakfast tomorrow, God willing.

I am looking forward to the weigh-in and measurements on Friday.

Last night I enjoyed pork rinds with salsa. Drank a couple bottles of water.

Today was a pretty good day.  Started with Ranger Pushups, able to do 10 this morning.  Breakfast was 2 eggs over easy, bacon, and sausage.  I was bummed that my cream froze overnight, so no breve this am.  I turned the fridge temp up a bit and should be good to go tomorrow.

I picked up a bacon ranch salad from McDonalds for lunch.  It was pretty good and filled me up.  I wasn't too hungry because of the breakfast I had.

Dinner was provided by the hotel, they had a salad bar.  Lettuce, ham, bacon, eggs, and blue cheese dressing.  I felt good enough that I had a Bud select 55.  If I get hungry later tonight, I still have some pork rinds and salsa to snack on.

I have my slow burn exercises to do tonight before I hit the hot tub.

Running behind on my posting.  I am down to 192.6lbs.  The weekend was not a good one as far as LCHF.  It was my 17th anniversary so we did some dining that was tasty, but not all the good for me.  Tonight I have a pork loin on the grill.  With a salad, I'm back on track.

I won't be taking my bike with me this week. My rental car is a Ford Mustang convertible. Goal this week is to eat right, exercise twice and do a lot more walking while at work.

Day 2 of Fat Fast complete. Feeling kind of hungry.  Started with a large breve which has 700 calories and munched on Macadamia nuts throughout the afternoon to get my 1000 calories. Went through 4 bottles of water. Did my slow burn exercises again tonight.  I know you should give yourself 5 days to recover, but I was bored and needed to keep occupied.

Tomorrow will be another large breve and I will snack on the rest of the macadamia nuts on the way home.  I'll do another weigh in just to get on track for Fridays as being the day to weigh and measure.

My oldest daughter will be performing at halftime.  This will be her first marching band event. Between the football game and the band's performance, I should be adequately entertained to keep my mind off hunger.

Saturday morning will be a 3 egg omelet (complete with yolks) with sausage, cheese, black olives, and mushrooms.

Since I have been following the LCHF lifestyle, I have noticed a number of differences:
  1. No issues with my sinuses: they used to kill me every spring and fall.  The headaches would drive me to drugs (over the counter) just to get trough the day.
  2. No joint issues: my knee used to bother me whenever the weather changed.  A low/high pressure system would make my knee ache.
  3. Back pain has been reduced: this may be due to the weight loss.
According to the Body Mass Index, I should weight at most 155lbs.  That will be a miracle.  When I was a gymnast, I weighed 165lbs and they could not measure my body fat (I was cold all the time).  so I think that 170lbs would be a realistic goal for me.

Due to personal issues, I purposely stopped the LCHF diet.  I am now up to 193lbs.  Now it is time to get back to where I want to be.  I will be tracking weight, circumferences of shoulders, chest, waist, biceps, and thighs on a weekly basis.  Plus I will blog anything I think is pertinent or of interest to me.

I am starting a fat fast today.  I started the day with a breve latte.  I use cream when I am at home, but as I am on the road until Friday, I'll settle for the half and half at Espressions.  Bought a case of water as it will be my main drink forever.

So lets get started.
